It depends on the rate you selected when booking. Don’t worry, you can add it at any time.
What are the booking conditions?
For stays of 1 to 3 nights:
A credit card number is required as a guarantee. Payment for the stay is made on-site.
Cancellations are free up to 10 days before the arrival date. After this period, in case of late modifications or cancellations, the cost for 1 night will be charged.
For stays of 4 nights or more:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
The reservation can be canceled or modified up to 45 days before the arrival date.
After this period, the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation Insurance:
When booking on our website, cancellation insurance is offered. It represents 4.5% of the total amount of the stay.
Late arrival:
Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM.
Is it possible to pay on-site?

Yes. For bookings of 3 nights or fewer, your credit card is requested to guarantee the reservation. For stays of 4 nights or more, we will charge a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount to guarantee the reservation. The balance of the reservation is paid on-site. In the case of a non-cancellable, non-refundable reservation made on the BOOKING.COM site or app, the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking. |

Are pets allowed in the establishment?
We only accept dogs weighing up to 20 kg, for an additional fee of €12 per night.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant dining area (they are permitted on the terrace). A table can be set for you in the lounge.
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the spa garden.
If any damage is caused by your pet, the hotel may charge additional fees.
Is the hotel accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
We have two rooms compliant with accessibility standards, as well as a parking space reserved for guests with disabilities.
Our elevator allows wheelchair access to the upper floors and is also convenient for luggage transport.

Can I smoke in my room?
| All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Ashtrays are available in the outdoor areas. If smoking occurs in the room, a €75 fee will be charged for cleaning and deodorization. |

How does it work for regular (muscle-powered) bikes?
Our standard bikes are available for self-service, with no reservation or deposit required.
Simply stop by the reception to pick up a lock (and maybe some ride recommendations), and you’re good to go!
