Garden/Pool/Hot Tub/Jacuzzi : 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sauna : 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Practical Information
Is spa access included in my booking?
Yes! Regardless of the room type you book, spa access is always included.
Please note that towels and bathrobes are not provided.
Towel rental is available for €2 per piece.
Do you provide bathrobes or towels?
In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we encourage our guests to bring their own towels, which are often already packed for swimming in nearby Lake Annecy. However, if needed, towels are available for rent at €2 per piece.
We appreciate your support in this small eco-friendly gesture, which helps preserve our resources while making your spa experience more personal.
Are children allowed in the wellness area?
Our wellness area is designed as a space of calm and relaxation, allowing guests to fully unwind.
For this reason, children under 16 are not permitted in the sauna and jacuzzi.Children are welcome if accompanied by a responsible adult and if they respect the peaceful atmosphere that makes this space so special.
