Practical Informations
What are the terms and conditions of sale/cancellation ?
For stays of 1 to 3 nights:
A credit card number is required as a guarantee. Payment for the stay is made on-site.
Cancellations are free up to 10 days before the arrival date. After this period, in case of late modifications or cancellations, the cost for 1 night will be charged.
For stays of 4 nights or more:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
The reservation can be canceled or modified up to 45 days before the arrival date.
After this period, the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation Insurance:
When booking on our website, cancellation insurance is offered. It represents 4.5% of the total amount of the stay.
Late arrival:
Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM.
Can you provide a baby cot in my room?
For your little ones, we can provide a baby cot at a rate of €15 per night or €20 for the entire stay. This must be requested at the time of booking. Please note: We do not install baby cots in our STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM.
Is spa access included in my booking?
Yes! Regardless of the room type you book, spa access is always included.
Please note that towels and bathrobes are not provided. Towel rental is available for €2 per piece.
Do you have a parking lot?
Our parking lot is located right in front of the hotel, with access through the light blue gate. It is available to you free of charge.
Do you have a charging station for my electric car?
We have two dedicated parking spaces equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles
Do you have a parking area for two-wheelers (bicycles/motorcycles)?
We have a private, enclosed garage where you can park your bicycle or motorcycle. For added security, we recommend bringing your own lock.

The reception is open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 9 PM.
Check-in: From 3 PM to 10 PM
Check-out: By 11 AM
Late arrivals :
Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 10 pm.

Pet Policy
We only accept dogs (under 20 kg) for a supplement of €12 per night.
Dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant (terrace seating is permitted). A table can be arranged in the lounge.
Pets are not allowed in the spa garden for hygiene reasons.
If any damage is caused by your pet, the hotel may apply additional cleaning and repair charges.
