The return of the daffodil outing

 Wednesday 03 May 2006

Daffodils in the fieldsThe daffodils have started to come out and our walk of 3rd May was a great success.  The walkers from the Hotel Arcalod didn’t have any trouble finding the good spots as Papy (Grandpa) and Roger were doing the guiding.

There was a reason for going, the tables in the restaurant were decorated afterwards with bunches of wild daffodils for the whole week.

The photo of the fields of daffodils was added to our web site under the heading “flowers of the Haute Savoie” thanks to Annecy Bernard, leaders in web site design in the Haute Savoie.
